Successful achievement of ISO 9001 

We have recently been through ISO 9001 assessment and are very pleased to announce that we passed.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. Having our Quality Management System audited, has motivated our staff improving efficiency and productivity, as well as highlighting any product or service deficiencies. We were pleased when few were discovered!

From this audit, improvements can be developed, resulting in less waste, inappropriate or rejected work and fewer complaints. Hopefully, you as our customers will notice that orders are met consistently, on time and to the correct specification. Not that, that hasn’t always been the case.
