Delegates complete a number of tasks and build a portfolio which leads to individual core competency certificates following assessment. This unique approach results in your team having endorsed certificates in your organisations core competencies and key capabilities which is very unique.

On completion of the development programme, a full certificate is awarded, demonstrating knowledge, understanding and capability for individuals based on the organisations core competencies, key performance indicators and strategic goals.
