For the past two years Cool Blue training have delivered the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Management to First Line Managers within the University. Mark has worked closely with us to ensure learning activities are applicable to our needs and as practical as possible, whilst still meeting the assessment criteria of the CMI. This practical approach has certainly enhanced delegate learning and created more buy-in from delegates than if the diploma was assessed purely via written assignment. Mark has a very flexible approach and provides additional support to delegates via 1:1 meetings, email and telephone communication outside of the core workshop days. This ensures that all delegates feel supported and do not fall behind during the duration of the programme.
